Make all checks payable to
Stephenville Soccer Association, or SSA
Fees are: $45.00 for U5, U6,
U7, and U8, $55.00 for U9 and U10, and $65.00
for U11 and up.
The $15.00 increase in fees for U11 and up is to cover the cost of
uniforms which players will now keep.
The $10.00 increase in U-9 and U-10 is to cover the cost of the jersey
top which players will now keep.
Mailing
your form and fee will be the best way to register this season, but if you need to register in person
forms can be dropped off at
Nehring Technology, located at 2289 NW Loop
in Stephenville
Our registration process runs smoothly if you register as early as
possible.
Registration ends
August 11, 2010.
Late registration will only be granted if positions are available on
teams formed and are subject to a $10.00 late fee. Late registration
creates a lot of unnecessary additional work please do your very best to
register before the deadline of August 11, 2010.
Fall Fund Raiser:
Anyone who would like to opt out of the fundraiser can pay $50 per
family to benefit the fund raiser, and this can be included with your
registration form and soccer fee.
To play in the FALL season, players must be 4 years old by
July 31, 2010.
A copy of the players certified birth certificate must be on file with
the SSA for any player to participate.
We need volunteers to keep the SSA and soccer going for our children and
youth.
Please try your skills at coaching, preparing fields for games,
helping with fund-raisers, or serving on the Executive Board.
We want and need you!!!
The Stephenville Soccer Association believes that every player deserves
the chance to be on a successful team coached by a dedicated individual.
It is with this in mind that the following registration
guidelines based on the By-Laws of SSA have been established.
1. All players will return
to their team from SPRING 2010.
A player not desiring to return to their former team needs to
request to be placed in the
player pool.
2. No player may request to
be placed on any specific team, or to play for any specific head coach.
3. All players moving up a
division will be placed in the player pool.
4. Absolutely no requests
for carpooling will be honored unless player(s) live out of town.
Players requesting to carpool will be placed in the player pool
together. Those making
carpooling request for out of town players must submit a written
request, on a separate piece of paper, to the registrar for Board
consideration.
Requests written on the registration form will not be considered.
PLEASE MAKE SURE
YOUR REGISTRATION FORM IS FILLED OUT COMPLETELY INCLUDING PREVIOUS
TEAM, UNIFORM SIZE, ETC. This is how many decisions are made and an
incomplete form can cause a child to be unintentionally placed back
in the players pool, so please help me out by taking time to
carefully complete the registration form.
